The book doesn't go into the maths of the mechanisms, so is very 'approachable'.

I may eventually get over my irritation and buy this book, but I just wasted time downloading and opening the "sample." It consists of the cover page, credits to Google for the digitizing, the names of other involved entities, and a one-paragraph comment by the author. Not even a hint as to the actual contents of the book!
